The gentleman on the hot air balloon, needless to say its made of wood, will take off slowly by spinning the knob on top of the umbrella. Centrifugal force of the two small balloons will lift off and land the main balloon nice and safely. Such simple yet heart-warming movement of this Japanese Edo spinning top is a delight to watch. HAND MADE IN JAPAN

Proper handling:● The dyes are not colorfast, so colors may fade if brought into contact with water. ● The top is very delicate and should be handled carefully at all times.
How to use:1. Place the top on a flat surface. 2. Have ample room around the top, since the two small balloons will spin out the length of the strings. 3. Keep the base firmly in place with one hand, and use the fingers of the other hand to spin the umbrella. The main balloon will begin moving upward automatically.
